Confidentiality Commitment

This commitment covers all information exchanged with Teak & Rope, including project briefs, architectural drawings, specifications, pricing, supplier terms, and correspondence with our trade desk or specification consultants.

Access is limited to the specification consultant assigned to your project and the operations team required to fulfil it. Sensitive documents are stored on access-controlled infrastructure and never circulated outside the studio without written consent.

Mills, freight partners and installers receive only the information strictly necessary to manufacture and deliver the order. We do not share client names or addresses with marketing partners.

We are happy to sign mutual non-disclosure agreements for sensitive residential, hospitality or commercial briefs. Email Hello@teakandrope.com.au to initiate.

Project records are retained for up to seven years to support warranty claims and statutory obligations, then securely destroyed.
