We align our supply chain with the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018, covering our own operations and our primary mill partners.
Mill partners are expected to maintain current independent social-compliance audits. Non-compliance is grounds for immediate supply review.
Where the application calls for a non-combustible classification, our cladding systems are tested to the relevant Australian Standards, and test certification is supplied with every quote.
We do not supply any product that is restricted under the NSW Combustible Cladding Register for Class 2–9 buildings.
Our warehouse operates above the National Employment Standards on pay, leave and superannuation, and follows NSW SafeWork requirements for WHS.
We track gender pay parity internally each financial year and address gaps when we find them.
