Is your composite real timber?

No. Every Teak & Rope system is an engineered composite, a high-density mineral and polymer core finished with a co-extruded surface. It is engineered to behave better than timber in coastal Australian conditions.

Will it fade or warp?

Surface fade is warranted within 5 ΔE for twelve years. The board geometry is dimensionally stable across the operating range specified in our technical sheet.

Is it BAL and AS 1530 compliant?

Selected profiles are tested to AS 1530.1 and rated for BAL 12.5 and BAL 19 applications. Compliance certificates are available on request from the trade desk.

Can I order samples?

Yes. Architects and trade clients receive a curated A4 sample kit free of charge. Homeowners can order individual chips at cost.

Do you provide BIM or Revit files?

Detailed BIM components, Revit families and CAD profiles are available to specifiers on request.

What is the typical lead time?

Stocked profiles ship within 5 business days from our Auburn warehouse. Made-to-order finishes and bespoke acoustic panels run 4–6 weeks.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. We deliver to all metro areas and most regional centres. International freight is quoted on request.

Who can install Teak & Rope systems?

Any competent contractor who follows our installation guide. We also maintain a list of recommended specialists in NSW, VIC and QLD.

How do I clean the surface?

Warm water, a soft brush and a pH-neutral detergent are all you need. Avoid solvents, bleach and pressure washing above 1,500 PSI.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. Verified architects, builders and developers receive tiered trade pricing through our Trade Program. Apply via the Trade page.

Is there a minimum order?

Trade orders carry a minimum of 20 lineal metres per profile. Smaller residential orders are accepted via our retail desk.
