The 12 Year Warranty

Teak & Rope warrants its composite cladding, decking and acoustic panel systems against structural failure, delamination, rot, fungal decay and termite attack for twelve (12) years from the date of invoice.

Surface fade is covered against shifts greater than 5 ΔE under standard exposure for the same 12-year term.

• Structural integrity of the composite core under normal use.
• Co-extruded surface against cracking, splitting and excessive fade.
• Resistance to mould, fungal decay and termite damage.
• Fastener compatibility when proprietary fixings are used.

• Damage caused by impact, fire, flood or other force majeure.
• Installation that departs from our published guide or relevant AS standards.
• Surface marks from abrasive cleaners, solvents or pressure washing above recommended PSI.
• Natural batch-to-batch variation in colour and emboss.

Email Hello@teakandrope.com.au with proof of purchase, project address, installation date and dated photographs of the affected area. Our technical team will respond within 10 business days and arrange an on-site assessment where required.

Approved claims are remedied at our discretion by replacement of the affected material or refund of its invoiced value, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty operates in addition to the rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
