Profiles are developed in-house with our mill partners and tuned for shadow line, ventilation and acoustic performance before tooling is committed.
We hold tight tolerances across the full panel length so joints close cleanly on site, without scribing or on-site re-machining.
Each batch is checked against a reference panel held at our facility for density, dimensional stability and finish before it is approved for dispatch.
Anything outside calibration is rejected at receival, never at site, so your program and your reputation are protected.
Every panel is graded by hand under daylight-balanced lighting for tone, grain and finish consistency before it is bundled for delivery.
Each pack is labelled with batch number, mill of origin and inspection signature. Full traceability, every order.
We supply installation drawings, fixing schedules and a named technical contact on larger orders.
