Terms of Service

By browsing teakandrope.com.au, requesting samples, or ordering material from Teak & Rope Pty Ltd (ABN to be advised), you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the site.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All orders are subject to written acceptance by Teak & Rope and to material availability at the time of confirmation.

Lead times provided are estimates. Composite materials are produced and finished to order; minor variation in colour, surface and grain emboss is inherent to the product and not a defect.

Prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated. A 50% deposit secures production for trade orders; the balance is payable prior to dispatch. Late payment may attract interest at 1.5% per month.

Risk passes on delivery to the agreed address. Title passes only on receipt of cleared funds in full. The customer is responsible for unloading, on-site protection, and inspection within 7 days of delivery.

Teak & Rope supplies materials and technical documentation. Installation must be carried out by a competent contractor in accordance with our published installation guide and applicable Australian Standards (including AS 1530). Warranty cover is conditional on compliant installation.

To the extent permitted by law, Teak & Rope's total liability arising from any supply is limited to the replacement of the defective material or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
